VenueHost provides a wedding venue marketplace and discovery platform that helps couples find and connect with wedding venues. Our service includes venue browsing, inquiry management, and AI-powered concierge features.

3. Venue Listings

VenueHost compiles venue listings from publicly available sources for informational purposes. VenueHost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any listed venue unless explicitly stated. Venue names, addresses, and descriptions represent factual, publicly available information. Venue owners and authorized representatives may claim and manage their listing at any time. For listing inquiries, corrections, or removal requests, please contact support@venuehost.online.

4. Subscription and Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. No refunds on setup fees.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, respond to inquiries promptly, not misuse or attempt to reverse engineer our services, and comply with all applicable laws.
